This recently completed 260sqm luxury apartment is located in a 1929 heritage listed building at the Paris end of Collins Street. A very tired 1980's medical suite, with all fixtures and fittings still in place, required a total transformation. The job involved removing a number of masonry walls and installing contemporary electrical, plumbing and fire protection services, sophisticated sound systems etc. This was a challenging build, involving extensive liaison with the Body Corporate, neighbouring tenants, and Heritage Victoria, in addition to coordinating crane lifts and the services of specialist sub-contractors and high end appliance suppliers.
